1.Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Create an account (name, email, phone, company information)
  • Use our Services (leads, contacts, deals, buyers, and related CRM data)
  • Communicate with us (support requests, feature feedback)
  • Make payments (billing information processed through our secure payment provider — not stored on ANJCRM servers)

We also automatically collect certain usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interaction logs to improve reliability and the user experience.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and continuously improve our Services
  • Process transactions and send order confirmations and receipts
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve experience and prevent abuse
  • Send product updates, newsletters, and marketing communications (opt-out available)

3.Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Our security practices include:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest
  • Bcrypt hashing for all passwords — never stored in plain text
  • Access controls and least-privilege principles for internal team access
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning

4.Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery)
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets

All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to provide services to us.

5.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it will be securely and permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by applicable law.

6.Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or your session expires. Essential cookies required for the platform to function cannot be disabled.

7.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Objection — object to certain types of processing
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

8.Children's Privacy

The ANJCRM platform is intended for professional business use and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your data, your control. ANJCRM will never sell your personal data. All CRM data you enter belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time by contacting our support team.
