By creating an account, accessing, or using the ANJCRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ANJCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service includes lead management, deal tracking, buyer management, property listings, automation workflows, and associated features made available to registered tenants and their team members.
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Each registered workspace constitutes a separate tenant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ANJCRM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. Trial periods are offered where indicated and convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial end date.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. ANJCRM will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Upon completing registration, ANJCRM records a Tenant Legal Profile that includes your workspace details, authorized contact information, subscription plan, and a timestamped record of your acceptance of these Terms. This profile may be generated and shared upon request for legal or compliance purposes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content created by ANJCRM, remain the property of ANJCRM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. ANJCRM may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that violates applicable law. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANJCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. ANJCRM's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where ANJCRM is incorporated.
ANJCRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
