Datclo Systems founded. Initial research into gaps in existing real estate CRM tools.
First internal prototype — lead management and deal pipeline with multi-tenant architecture.

AI integration (Claude-powered lead scoring, follow-up drafts, CMA narrative). 50+ active workspaces.
